PISA Scores

PISA (Programme for International Student Assessment) is an international study which began in the year 2000. It aims to evaluate education systems worldwide by testing the skills and knowledge of 15-year-old students in participating countries/economies. Since the year 2000 over 70 countries and economies have participated in PISA.

PISA 2003 key results 

The main results of PISA 2000 have been presented in  Learning for Tomorrow’s World: First Results from PISA 2003  and a wider array of information and publications regarding PISA 2003 are available on the OECD PISA 2003  pages. For the purposes of this website, only a few key results from the OECD publications will be presented here.
